Email Packages
  • Accounts ordered/renewed in the last 30 days: We have to register/renew and pay for your domain name with the relevant domain authority as part of your package, therefore we're unable to refund the first £15 of any order or renewal. If you cancel within 30 days of payment, the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Accounts ordered/renewed more than 30 days ago: We cannot offer a refund.


Website Packages
  • If you signed up within the last 30 days: If our website hosting is not suitable for your needs you can cancel within 30 days of signup to get a full refund.
  • For all other cancellations: We charge a minimum of the quarterly price for your package and any remaining amount will be refunded.


Domain-only Accounts
Domain registrations/renewals are non-refundable with the domain authorities, therefore no refunds can be given for domain-only accounts.


To cancel your account, please see here. If you paid by bank transfer and are due a refund, please contact us after cancellation with your bank account details. If you paid by bank transfer from a non-UK bank account, we unfortunately can't provide any refund due to the high banking costs involved.
